• Key Pickup: Calle Gibraltar, 15 - Edf. Apolo 16. In Calpe (Alicante)
• The pendant amount must be paid at our office before the key handover. Payment can be made by Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) or cash.
• The Security Deposit will be paid at the time of key collection by Card, and will be refunded within 48 hours after departure, once the condition of the property has been checked.
• Check-in time: From 17:00 to 19:00. Late arrivals will incur a surcharge of €50.
• During check-in, two complete sets of keys will be handed over. If a set of keys is lost, a penalty of €75 must be paid.
• If keys are left inside the property and access needs to be gained, a fee of €70 will be charged if our technician can open it; if a locksmith is required, the invoice must be paid directly to them.
• Check-out time: By 10:00, the two sets of keys must be returned to the office where check-in was made. Late departures will incur a penalty of €100 per hour, deducted from the deposit.
• The apartment is delivered clean, with sheets and towels for each guest.
• Occupying the property with more people than booked will result in immediate eviction without refund. The sofa bed can only be used by one adult or two children under 14.
• Pets are not allowed without prior notice and approval. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Sun loungers and towels are for exclusive use inside the property; they cannot be used in communal areas or on the beach.
• The tenant must leave the apartment in good condition and clean (including dishes and garbage taken out) before returning the keys; otherwise, a €75 fee will be charged.
