The apartment is located on the 8th floor of the Edificio Turmalina, in the second staircase, with sea views. The building is one of the best on the entire beach, as it receives sun all day throughout the summer.

2nd bedroom with two single beds, bedside table with lamp, built-in wardrobe, and window with views of the rear terrace.

Separate kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, juicer, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and tableware for 6 people.

Living-dining room with sofa, dining table with six chairs, 55” plasma TV, international satellite receiver, and cabinet with coffee and breakfast cups.
