The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the Turmalina Building, in the third staircase of the complex, which has a total of five entrances. The first entrance is by the sea, while the fifth is the farthest. With a surface area of 50 m², this accommodation offers comfort, brightness, and pleasant sea views.

It features a bedroom with two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps, a built-in wardrobe, and a window that leads to the terrace. There is a full bathroom with a shower, sink with mirror, toilet, and washing machine.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave-oven, large fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, juicer, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and tableware for four people.

The living-dining room has a double sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs, a 32” plasma TV, satellite receiver for international channels, and a sideboard with coffee cups and breakfast items. From the terrace, furnished with a table and four chairs, you can enjoy pleasant sea views.

The Turmalina Building is located in a privileged area, right on the seafront promenade of La Fossa-Levante Beach, one of the most famous beaches on the Costa Blanca. The beach holds the Blue Flag and the Q for Tourist Quality, certifications that guarantee the cleanliness of its sand and the purity of its waters.

The complex offers spacious communal areas with three swimming pools, two tennis courts (by reservation and at an additional cost), and mini-golf (also at a fee).

On the seafront promenade, you will find restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine, as well as cafés, ice cream parlors, beach shops, and pubs to enjoy the evening atmosphere.
