The apartment is located on the ninth floor of the Turmalina Building, in the fourth staircase, offering beautiful sea views. This building is one of the most prominent on La Fossa-Levante Beach in Calpe, enjoying sunshine all day long throughout the year.

With a surface area of 50 m², the apartment has been renovated and offers a comfortable and bright space. It features a bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, and a window with access to the terrace.

The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, and a top-loading washing machine. The open-plan kitchen, also renovated, is fully equipped with vitroceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, juicer, cooking utensils, pots (one of them pressure cooker), pans, and dinnerware for four people.

The living-dining room has a sofa bed, dining table with four chairs, television, and air conditioning. From the terrace, furnished with a table and four chairs, you can enjoy magnificent sea views.
